Live and work at Ratna Ling, a retreat center dedicated to supporting the Tibetan Buddhist tradition of sacred teachings in Asia and the West.
Ratna Ling encompasses 120 acres approximately 100 miles north of San Francisco in the coastal redwood hills of western Sonoma County.
Facilities include a Main Lodge with kitchen and dining room, a small conference center, a large meditation hall and guest cottages. Other facilities are a printing press and bindery warehouse, maintenance buildings, gardens and other project work spaces.
Volunteers live in a variety of shared accommodations, have meals in the main Lodge dining room and participate in evening classes.
Ratna Ling is the home for Ratna Ling Retreat Center; Yeshe De Tibetan Book Project and Dharma Publishing
Approximately 25 people from around the world live and work at Ratna Ling full-time. In addition, during retreat season there are guests participating in workshops, retreats and seminars.
